Questions Q and A:Why TAZZ Lighting,Inc?Tazz offers a complete service for all aspects of interior and exterior lighting whether contemporary or traditional. We sell a unique collection of light fittings as well as home Automation and Audio Video products.Our team of experienced and prominet professionals oversee all aspects of their operation. As well as our own in house automation and audio/video programmers.What is the initial procedure?A consultation can be arranged with one of our lighting designers and Automation/Audio Video engineers depending on the needs of your project. For a showroom appointment, it is important to have architectural plans preferably at 1'=:11/4 with ceiling heights and any additional information such as elevations, furniture layouts, photographs etc. All plans are drawn up in the office after the appointment and a scheme devised according to discussions. When designing for a refurbishment, it is always preferable for our designers to visit site where possible. How does the design service work? Do you offer services for just one room?We will design and supply a scheme whether you wish to light just one object, a room, a whole building or a garden. Bring your plans and any images you have of your room and meet with one of our Lighting designers or Automation/Audio Video Technicians in the showroom and we will prepare full plans and a specification. How are goods delivered?We do carry stock of our most popular products and are able to arrange local deliveries.We also offer services using freight through UPS / FED-EX / DHL or feight carrier's for larger orders . Where one of our designs is being purchased, we usually require a lead time of 2-4 weeks to compile the whole order which is subject to availability and can vary.All products can be packed on a , room by room basis to assist with installation.If you wish to collect, please call in advance with your requirements to avoid waiting during busy times.Does Tazz Install?In regard to LIGHTING and AUTOMATION Tazz does not employ electricians directly to install your lighting/automation scheme. If you require an electrician, local websites can often recommend qualified electricians in your area, or recommendations from friends and family can also be helpful. We do however install and carry out the low voltage installation for A/V complete from Design concept to completion inclusive of all programming .
